Friday, for the third time in history,
Campbell will inaugurate a new president. Dr. Jerry McLain Wallace
will become the fourth President to serve at Campbell since it was
founded in 1887.
The inauguration will take place at 2 p.m. in the
Lundy-Fetterman Mall. Wallace said he is excited about the
inauguration and is "looking forward to seeing many old friends."
For Wallace, inauguration is a time of new
beginnings.
"It is a time to celebrate the university. A time
to be grateful for what Campbell University has accomplished, and a
time to look at what’s happening in the present and in the future,"
Wallace said.
